- Make a list of family favorite meals including price. Keep these on hand at all times!
- Eat at home, take lunch to work
- Make a Price Book
- Know when things are going to go on sale
- Join coupon trains
- Stock up when you think is nessasary
- Make a shopping list and stick to it!
- Combine coupons and sales
